Life is hard. I know. In my blog you’ll find tips and tricks that I’ve learnt along my road to recovery that I use every day to make life that bit more manageable, enjoyable and productive.

Some are longer reads, more suited to that commute to work in the morning. Some are snappy little snippets to cram in whenever you have 5 minutes and fancy a boost.
